Return & Refund Policy

  1. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered, customer needs to contact us at 03-8060 9008 or email proof of purchase at sales@searay.com.my upon 3 working days of receiving products.
  2. We only accept exchange/ return under the following reasons:
    • Product is different from the order delivered / Wrong product received.
      *Product shall be returned under good conditions*
    • Product in damaged / defective condition.
      *Please provide proof of purchase/ photo*
  3. The refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
    • If the products delivered are in damaged or defective condition
      *Please provide proof of purchase/ photo*
    • If the Product is different from the Order delivered.
      * Product shall be returned under good conditions *

Customers are advised to exchange rather than request refund.

 

Cancellation

  1. We will only accept order cancellation by phone call.
    * If the order has not been processed yet.
  2. The amount refunded will not 100% due to bank processing fees.
